We designed this Deck Mounted Eyewash for one purpose-to act fast. The user simply pulls down the spray head assembly. Water flows immediately. There are no switches to find and no delays. In a chemical splash event, the first 10 to 15 seconds are critical. Any delay can lead to permanent eye damage. Our engineering team has over 15 years of experience in emergency safety equipment. We follow ANSI/ISEA Z358.1 from the first sketch to the final production sample. We do not just meet the standard-we verify every unit's flow rate under low-pressure conditions to ensure it still delivers at least 0.4 GPM for a full 15 minutes. This product comes with an ANSI-compliant identification sign so workers can locate it instantly in an emergency.
Quality Materials That Last For Years
We build this Deck Mounted Eyewash with chrome-plated brass piping and a brass valve body. The chrome layer resists corrosion and oxidation, even in humid environments or areas with mild chemical fumes. Inside the valve, we install a replaceable stainless steel seat. When the seat wears out after years of use, you replace only that small part-not the whole valve.
Our factory produces all metal parts in-house using CNC lathes and machining centers. We test every batch of raw materials. We measure each part after every machining step. Smart Design for Real-World Worksites
The spray head assembly features two GS-Plus™ nozzles mounted side by side. Each nozzle has a flip-top dust cover. The cover stays shut when idle, keeping out dust, debris, and airborne particles. Inside the unit, a flow control device and a filter stabilize the water output even when line pressure fluctuates. The filter also traps sediment, so the rinse water does not introduce particles into an injured eye. This product is built for daily use and emergency readiness.
