The user simply leans forward and places their face near the nozzles. Both hands remain completely free. This feature is essential when the worker's hands are also contaminated with chemicals or injured. With a product, there is no need to hold the nozzles or force eyelids open. The water does the work. This unit connects directly to the water supply and delivers continuous flow on demand.

In many cases, the victim's hands are already burning or covered in corrosive substances. Requiring them to use their hands to operate an eyewash is not practical-it can even make the injury worse. That is why we developed this Hands Free Eyewash Station. It responds to a real need, not just a checklist requirement. We design every product under the ANSI/ISEA Z358.1 framework and verify its performance with flow tests under varying water pressures. We confirm that this product delivers at least 0.4 GPM consistently for 15 minutes, just as the standard demands.
Durable Materials That Stand Up to Daily Use
We build the main body from stainless steel. It resists corrosion, cleans easily, and stays functional in industrial settings. The spray nozzles are chrome-plated brass with protective dust covers. Inside the valve, we use a replaceable stainless steel seat.This small detail extends the service life of the entire unit.
When the seat eventually wears down, you replace just that part-not the whole valve. Our factory uses CNC equipment to produce all metal components. We test every raw material batch. We re-measure after every production step. We run water-pressure tests on every finished Hands Free Eyewash Station before it leaves our facility.
Flexible Activation for Different Worksites
You can choose between two activation methods for this Hands Free Eyewash Station-foot pedal or infrared sensor. The foot pedal works well in areas with heavy gloves or dirty hands. The sensor option offers touch-free operation for cleaner environments. Both versions include a flow control device and a filter that remove particles and stabilize output.
