The unit features 1-1/4" 304 stainless steel piping and fittings, combined with a 22.9 cm cast iron base for enhanced floor stability and a 27.9 cm ABS plastic basin. This construction ensures reliable performance and long-lasting protection in highly corrosive environments.
Operation & Safety
The 304 stainless steel ball valves offer excellent corrosion and wear resistance. Simply push the stainless steel flag-shaped push plates to quickly activate the eyewash valves.
It is equipped with 20.3×27.3cm globally recognized emergency signs, ensuring easy identification in emergencies. A weekly inspection checklist is also included to keep the equipment in optimal working condition at all times.
Application Scenarios
Similar to wall-mounted models, it is suitable for highly corrosive areas where wall-mounted installation is not feasible and independent freestanding placement is required. It complies with the ANSI Z358.1 standard.
