We build this OSHA Emergency Shower with 304 stainless steel throughout. The riser pipe, spray disk, base plate, and all fasteners are stainless. The pull handle is positioned at a height that follows U.S. ergonomic standards. The user can pull it down easily without excessive force. The spray disk outlet holes are arranged through fluid-dynamics calculations. Under standard water pressure, the spray covers the whole body evenly.
